SERVICE POLICY & STRICT WARNING

Please read the Flash and FRP policies carefully before submitting any device. Every client is responsible for verifying device eligibility before using XRT services.

By using XRT services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these rules.

Flashing Is Strictly Prohibited

Do not submit any device matching the restrictions below.

FMI ON DevicesFind My / FMI must be OFF before flashing.

China Variant DevicesChina-region devices are not supported for Flash.

MDM Locked DevicesMDM / enterprise managed devices are prohibited.

PayJoy Locked DevicesPayJoy financed or restricted devices are not supported.

Installment Plan DevicesDevices under installment restrictions must not be submitted.

CN → Global ConvertedChina-to-Global converted devices are strictly prohibited.

Allowed for Flash

Only verified and eligible devices should be submitted.

Global Devices OnlyDevice must be an eligible Global variant.

FMI Status: OFFConfirm FMI / Find My is OFF before submission.

Clean Devices OnlyNo MDM, PayJoy, installment or other prohibited restriction.

Verify Before Flashing

Check the device before sending any Flash request.

Verify Country & FMI Status via IMEI

Use the official XRT IMEI checker to confirm device country/region and FMI information whenever applicable.

IMPORTANT — Manual Verification Required

MDM, PayJoy and Installment Plan devices cannot be reliably verified via IMEI. These devices MUST be checked manually from the phone's Settings / Apps / Menu before flashing.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Submitting prohibited devices may result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

NO REFUND

No refund will be provided for prohibited, restricted or incorrectly submitted devices.

NO APPEAL

Strict policy violations may be treated as final and no appeal will be accepted.

SUBMITTING A RESTRICTED DEVICE = YOUR FULL RESPONSIBILITYXRT is not responsible for loss, failed service or consequences caused by submitting an unsupported device.

China Variant Devices are NOT supported for FRP via Mi Assistant Mode

Before submitting an FRP request, verify the device region/country. China variant devices must not be submitted for FRP through Mi Assistant Mode.

China Devices will NOT be processed for FRP via Mi Assistant Mode.
